The Return of Christ

 

            Since the time of the first followers of Jesus, the return of Christ has been the promised hope of every believer.  Every generation has wondered, Will it be soon?  The return of Christ is mentioned by every New Testament writer, and these writers refer to it over three hundred times in twenty different books.

 

“In the midst of the pessimism, gloom, and frustration of this present hour, there is one bright beacon light of hope, and that is the promise of Jesus Christ: “I’ll go and prepare a place for you, I will come again” (John 14:3).
